The Role:


No Experience Required:

We are seeking an individual who is eager to work in a high-growth environment and take on responsibility for part of the Learning and Development program in London/Newcastle. Initially, this role will focus on delivering our successful academy program, which has been developed by the directors of the business. You will be responsible for delivering 1-on-1 coaching and continuing to develop and create materials and modules to support our learning program.


This position will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development and the Senior members of the business. You will receive all the training you need to learn on the job and develop in your own career, while playing an integral part in the growth and development of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our Academy Program to inexperienced recruitment hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the recruitment industry.
  • Provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship to support the growth and development of our team members.
  • Support the creation of Learning modules and structures for best practice and upskilling within Recruitment Development.
  • Develop and implement training and coaching frameworks and strategies that are scalable across the business as we grow.
  • Organize and manage training schedules and daily plans to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to further our knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality training.
