About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at Upton Grange School, part of Options Autism. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with Autism and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with Autism and additional needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation
  • Help to prepare learning materials and run classroom activities
  • Take responsibility for the emotional and physical needs of pupils
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils
