Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales and margin targets, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas through regular feedback, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales Campaigns: Work with the Regional Management Team to develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Quotations and Proposals: Prepare quotations and proposals for potential customers, and negotiate sales agreements to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Awareness: Have a strong understanding of commercial principles, including negotiation, profit margins, and sales strategies.
  • Leadership and Management: Have experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including sales strategies, customer relationship management, and marketing campaigns.
