We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality valves and actuators for the energy industries. Our control, choke, and butterfly valves are renowned for their reliability and high performance, underpinning the efficiency and safety of critical infrastructure.
Job Purpose:
To design and deliver comprehensive technical training programs to both internal and external stakeholders on our products, services, and applications.
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our personnel and external customers.
- Collate and analyze training needs for our personnel and external customers to ensure effective training solutions.
- Create, update, and manage training materials to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Support our sales team with external training requirements, including bid preparation, training course development, and client training delivery.
- Collaborate with our HR team to develop individual learning plans and a system for monitoring and reviewing progress.
- Work closely with external training authorities to develop training programs that meet industry standards and best practices.
Expertise:
- A time-served engineer with extensive knowledge of valve disciplines and operating and maintaining all types of valves.
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar training role, preferably in the valve industry.
- Effective planning, management, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Recognized training qualification would be beneficial.
- Multilingual speaker would be an advantage.
