Are you a qualified accountant looking to share your expertise with others? Do you have a passion for teaching and mentoring? We're seeking an experienced AAT Tutor to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

As an AAT Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual learning sessions to students pursuing AAT qualifications up to Level 4. You will need to be confident in your ability to assess and deliver these qualifications, as well as provide guidance and support to your students throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver AAT / Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver quality virtual group and 1-1 learning sessions
  • Mentor learners throughout their journey, offering IAG and encouragement
  • Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment


Requirements:

  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA
  • Must have experience of delivering AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4
  • Hold own AAT level 3 as a minimum to apply
  • Confident with delivering online to learners on a 1-1 basis
  • Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accounting
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalents
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
  • Must be flexible with travel when required
