This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a skilled HR professional working within a dynamic and engaging public sector organization. This role will be based in a hybrid work environment, offering flexibility and work-life balance. However, travel is essential to other sites across the region, and a Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Must have a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or actively working towards, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Coaching and influencing managers from a people perspective, developing their people management and leadership skills.
- Being visible and proactive in building effective and credible working relationships with managers, employees, and representative bodies.
- Working in collaboration with colleagues from the wider People Group and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification at Level 5 or actively working towards, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years experience as a HR Generalist.
