About the Role:
In your capacity as the Principal Business Analyst, you will ensure that essential business objectives are clearly understood and documented. You will collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to deliver high-quality business solutions that meet organizational requirements. Your role will involve participating in, leading, and contributing to relevant business, scrum, and project meetings. Additionally, you will guide other business analysts in shaping our change strategy by supporting projects throughout the development and testing phases, including implementation.
Delivering exceptional value to our clients is paramount, so understanding their needs and being prepared to challenge decisions that may not serve their best interests is crucial. You will need to be aware of other change initiatives, identify dependencies, and assess whether business benefits can be achieved through collaborative efforts.
