Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operation and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team to develop and grow the front of house team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and meeting Wagamama standards.
  • Lead by example, embodying our people promise and values through your behavior and actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage labor and rotas to ensure efficient operation and optimal customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor, with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and guests.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to manage labor and rotas effectively.
