Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to deliver success
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions
  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
  • Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and commercial awareness
  • Previous leadership experience
