Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join our Employment Law team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to our commercial clients, including those in the NHS sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service
    • Deliver exceptional client service to internal and external clients, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging client referrals.
    • Develop a deep understanding of clients' legal, commercial, and service requirements.
    • Utilize effective client relationship and service skills to drive client satisfaction.
    • Minimum 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Technical Excellence
    • Demonstrate strong technical competence and legal knowledge in employment law.
    • Provide high-quality, commercially focused advice to clients.
    • Conduct advocacy and deliver training to clients and target clients.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Contribute to the growth and development of our fast-paced Employment Law team.
    • Participate in the firm's exciting growth plans and initiatives.
