Mortgage Services Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our Mortgage Services team. As a Mortgage Services Development Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of less experienced colleagues and providing supervisory support to the Mortgage Services Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mortgage sales and revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Mortgage Services Sales Manager to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
