About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team managing a caseload of patients
  • Undertake assessments of patients, involving their carers and family members in the patient's care and care plans
  • Formulate, execute, and evaluate care plans for a designated number of patients who may present with significant complexity
  • Direct and supervise Support Workers and/or students
  • Provide advice to other members of the service and agencies on the needs of service users

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the relevant legislation surrounding the Mental Capacity Act / Mental Health Act
  • Ability to drive and have a car for use at work
