Fabulous Opportunity for a Wills, Trusts and Probate Paralegal

We are working with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-listed law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal, who is looking to qualify as a solicitor in the longer term. The role will be based at their modern office in Coventry, with secure parking on site. Hybrid working is available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department
  • Processing correspondence and legal documents
  • Liaising with existing and potential clients
  • Accompanying lawyers to home visits and client meetings
  • Handling telephone calls including new enquiries for the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department
  • Dealing with filing, storage and retrieval of client's files
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of supporting a Wills, Trusts and Probate team
  • A law degree
  • The desire to further your career within Private Client in the longer term
  • Experience of using a legal case management system
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and client care skills
