Position Overview:

  • Oversee commissioning operations on small to medium-sized projects or specific segments of complex projects.
  • Guide and manage delivery teams and supply chain partners to ensure safe and timely project execution.
  • Lead the development of the commissioning test strategy to validate design intent and meet client acceptance standards.
  • Integrate commissioning, operability, and maintainability considerations into the design process.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure project execution adheres to legal, regulatory, and client specifications.
  • Employ project management tools for informed decision-making and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently develop and implement commissioning work scope while ensuring cost-effectiveness and safety.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Monitor and report on commissioning progress and performance, taking corrective measures as necessary.
  • Strategically plan and allocate resources for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that all pre-commissioning tasks contribute positively to project outcomes.
  • Investigate and apply innovative methodologies to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in commissioning or engineering within regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing supply chain operations.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Membership in a recognized professional chartered organization.

Security clearance (SC) may be necessary.
