Scaffolding Contracts Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in scaffolding, ready to lead and manage high-profile projects with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage scaffolding projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement scaffolding strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and site managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor scaffolding progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scaffolding management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of scaffolding regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
