Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and prepare meeting spaces as needed.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
- Support onboarding processes and conduct necessary checks.
- Coordinate with IT for the return of equipment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines diligently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
- Minimum of GCSE qualifications at grade C/4, ideally including Mathematics and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Experience in maintaining systems and procedures is advantageous.
