Job Summary
The National Trust is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-of-house support, dealing directly with customers and serving food and drink.
- Supervise the induction and training of colleagues, promoting a team dedicated to great service.
- Ensure all displays and signs are accurate, and food is presented to a high standard.
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
- Lead and support a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
