Salary: £28,000 + OTE £35,000
Greenbean, a prominent technology organization, is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-oriented Customer Engagement Centre Sales Supervisor to enhance our operations.
We are in search of an individual who can elevate performance in a high-energy setting and is dedicated to staff development, process enhancement, and superior customer satisfaction.
Alongside a competitive base salary of £28,000, you will enjoy an OTE of £35,000, 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, a pension scheme, company events, and numerous other benefits.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team to guarantee they provide exceptional customer service in a 'sales through service' framework.
- Accountable for all customer interactions and performance metrics of your team.
- Collaborating with senior management to implement operational enhancements.
- Working closely with your team to ensure they achieve all targets and service level agreements.
- Daily oversight of your team and conducting regular team meetings.
- Fostering employee development through monthly one-on-ones and continuous training and coaching.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage transitions in a fast-paced and adaptable setting.
- Committed to staff development and enhancing customer experiences.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and resolute.
- Proficient in managing and motivating performance.
- Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
