Your Responsibilities
As a member of our inclusive and dedicated team, you will collaborate to deliver care to individuals with diverse Mental Health needs. Your role will involve:
- Participating in ward rounds and assessing patient behaviors to tailor care plans.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
- Providing comprehensive support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
This role can be demanding, requiring a positive mindset, empathy, resilience, and attentiveness. However, the rewards of witnessing the progress of those you support make it profoundly fulfilling.
Work Schedule
The position involves a shift pattern of 12.5 hours per day, working 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends, totaling 39 hours weekly.
