Job Title: Renewals Operations Manager - Property Owners - Corporate & Commercial

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewals Operations Manager to join our Corporate & Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our Property Owners insurance scheme.

About the Role:
  • Deliver the vision and strategy set for the department.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading/operations of the Branch/Department.
  • Ensure all SLA's and performance metrics meet or exceed target.
  • Lead, inspire, motivate, challenge, and develop staff.
  • Develop and maintain high morale and a good team spirit.
About You:
  • Excellent knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
  • Commercial Acumen: Exhibit a keen understanding of financial principles and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for business growth from either Insurance, Financial Services or Retail industries.
  • Ability to lead and motivate our people creating a high performing culture.
  • Ability to coach and deliver operational training.
  • Ability to gather and analyse information from the client.
  • Stakeholder management to be able to operate effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external suppliers and partners.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
