About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in EU. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and awareness for our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program in EU and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a market research strategy to identify insights and targeting strategies for our DSP program.
  • Refine Amazon's DSP proposition to differentiate it from the competition and oversee execution across audience segments and channels.
  • Own the measurement framework, inclusive of brand health metrics and channel attribution models, to track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
  • Run creative and message testing across the marketing funnel and different channels to drive perception and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class experience across the marketing funnel.
Requirements
  • Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Experience directly managing teams and guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research, with a strong background in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
