Senior Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our design team at Architecture Social. As a prominent multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, we are committed to delivering impactful, safe, and sustainable residential projects that shape communities across the UK.

As a Senior Architect, you will play a vital role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with the design team from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 2-6, with a primary focus on residential schemes, both new builds and refurbishments.
- Creating and managing 3D Revit models for design development and construction phases.
- Running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely production of high-quality working drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation.
- Attending client meetings, providing expert technical input and liaising closely with clients and contractors.
