About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat a range of orthopaedic inpatients, musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative cases across Inpatients and Outpatients
- Work collaboratively with nurses, AHPs, and consultants to provide comprehensive patient care
- Help patients achieve, maintain, and recover to their aspired level of health and wellbeing
- Deliver excellent clinical care that is safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive to patients' needs
- Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with governance standards
- Enjoy protected CPD time and access to programmes and events by the Nuffield Health Academy
