  • Key responsibilities of the Care Coordinator role include:
  • Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing clients and care staff.
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in the care of clients.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new care staff.
  • Oversee care staff performance through supervision and evaluations.
  • Support the management of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the standards set by regulatory bodies.
A valid UK driving license is required.
