About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced contract Business Analyst with manufacturing automation experience to support our client, a much-admired manufacturer, with a manufacturing machinery / production line implementation.
As a Business Analyst, you will work alongside a Project Manager to work on the business systems use cases for implementation of the systems and how these integrate with the surrounding business / ERP systems.
You will work with the business to map out processes, support developers, provide documentation, and support and train users.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the business to identify and document business requirements for the manufacturing machinery / production line implementation
- Develop and maintain business systems use cases for implementation of the systems
- Work with developers to ensure that the systems meet the business requirements
- Provide documentation and training to users
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst working within manufacturing environment(s)
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst on Manufacturing Automation / Factory Automation / Production Line / Factory Equipment Implementation Project(s)
- Experience of projects involved integration of ERP systems in manufacturing environments
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrations e.g. (SOAP / REST web services)
