Accounts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role in a leading facilities management company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and purchase ledgers
  • Prepare and submit CIS returns and payments
  • Manage customer and supplier interactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations and process invoices
  • Exercise credit control and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong data input skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Desirable: Part or Qualified Accounting Technician (IATI) or equivalent experience in Sage 200 Accounts
