Ardonagh Advisory is seeking a talented Senior Insurance Account Handler to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced insurance professional to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Fostering relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Quoting and placing cover, inviting and binding renewals, dealing with mid-term adjustments, and broking client requirements within the insurance market.
- Managing client requirements within a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of personal lines insurance.
- Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism when dealing with clients and insurers.
- Complying with FCA regulation and company compliance.
- Handling complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting learning, training, and assessment exercises to identify areas for development.
- Achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting exceptional customer care standards.
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients and providing expert product advice and guidance.
- Actively securing renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure clients are presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Commercial insurance experience gained in a broking environment.
- Experience using Acturis and relevant qualifications.
- The ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
- Proactivity, analytical skills, and the ability to use your initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook, able to build trust and have a collaborative approach.
