About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

You will work closely with our clients, tenants, and colleagues to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately and that our clients receive exceptional service. Your role will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates, and on-site staff.

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for preparing formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly, annually, and on an ad hoc basis. You will also oversee the service charge expenditure while ensuring tenants comply with all lease obligations.

Our clients may lean on your professional advice and support in connection with value enhancement assets, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewal programmes. You will have the opportunity to upsell specialist services and utilize knowledge from our Environmental and Sustainability team, Building Surveying services, and introducing placemaking initiatives alongside our Activate team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants.
  2. Working with landlords and tenants on all other matters relating to the clients' property portfolio.
  3. Undertaking or arranging property inspections.
  4. Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
