About the Role

Napier AI is a leading provider of financial crime compliance technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team and support our clients in achieving their compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business operations and priorities.
  • Service Transition Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition from project implementation to BAU live service.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge of specific configurations and customizations with follow-the-sun teams to expedite fixes and mitigations.
  • Service Management: Develop and implement bespoke service management meeting schedules and reporting with clients.
  • Change and Release Management: Facilitate change and release services in accordance with client root-to-production policies and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to clients, including responding to technical customer support issues.
Requirements
  • Python Scripting: Experience with Python scripting for data analysis.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience working in a technical SAS cloud environment and with client service in a public cloud (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technologies such as Kubernetes and experience with workflow mapping (ITSM tooling JIRA).
  • SLA/ NFR Analysis: Experience with Service Level Agreements/ Non-Functional Requirement Analysis.
  • Technical Authoring: Experience with technical authoring for technical documentation.
