We are seeking a driven Lead Creative Strategist to join our dynamic and award-winning team. This position is initially intended to cover a temporary absence, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will excel in steering creative initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring impactful delivery.
Who Are We Looking For?
The perfect fit is a collaborative individual who will report directly to our Senior Leadership Team and oversee creative requests from our client services and business development divisions. We need a strategic thinker who can infuse vitality into our projects, delivering passionate and engaging creative solutions. You should be adept at implementing your concepts across various platforms while advocating for the authenticity and purpose that give our work significance. Our projects typically encompass television, radio, video on demand, and digital media, with budgets ranging from £30,000 to £250,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
- Establishing the vision and creative direction for your projects.
- Leading pitches and presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with our client services and strategy teams.
Production Management
- Overseeing creative direction and asset management.
- Script development and writing.
- Working alongside clients to ensure project success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and television platforms.
- Expertise in guiding the creative process from inception to completion.
- Comfortable adopting a platform-agnostic approach to transform briefs and creative strategies into successful campaigns.
- A keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends, platforms, and innovative ideas.
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies and how to effectively merge outstanding creative with cutting-edge advertising techniques.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Familiarity with working alongside third-sector or public clients is a plus.
