Job Overview:
The Senior Ariba Consultant plays a pivotal role within the NTT DATA Business Solutions (NDBS) Supply Chain practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with a broader team to design and implement SAP solutions tailored to our clients' needs. As a Senior Expert, you will engage in customer interactions and deliver SAP Ariba solutions in partnership with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Integration Team, ensuring innovative and high-quality integrations with core SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients and NDBS sales and business development teams to translate business needs into effective solutions utilizing SAP Ariba capabilities. This includes leading integrated workshops with senior stakeholders to develop comprehensive statements of work.
- Provide strategic insights to NDBS and its clients regarding procurement strategies, leveraging SAP Ariba solutions and the product roadmap.
- Serve as the design authority on projects, ensuring that the implementation of SAP Ariba solutions adheres to industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies, sharing knowledge to enhance business processes and support NDBS's market leadership.
- Identify opportunities for repeat and extended business within NDBS's end-to-end service offerings, contributing to business growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in the delivery and configuration of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Source to Contract, and Supplier Management solutions.
- Possess knowledge of Source to Pay and Supplier Management processes for both Direct and Indirect Spend.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement, and Accounts Payable processes is advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring trust and acting as a role model within the SAP Ariba solution architecture domain.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing SAP Ariba solutions for complex requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders across NDBS and external partners.
- Demonstrates integrity and the ability to navigate unforeseen challenges while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.

Personal Profile – Experience:
- Demonstrated experience of 6+ years in a SAP Ariba consulting environment, with a preference for experience with value-added resellers or software houses.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture, successfully delivering all phases of 4 to 6 full project lifecycles.
