About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Team, you will be responsible for the supervision of the workforce at our Rainworth Wastewater Treatment Works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of subcontractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Implement project plans, risk assessments, and safe systems of work, ensuring the quality and safety of our work.
  • Collaborate with project planners and managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Deliver site inductions, issue permits and forms, and conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
  • Undertake weekly site audits and document and issue requests for information (RFIs) in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Chair site meetings and report weekly to the project manager on site progress.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and design management.
  • Substantial knowledge of programme and risk management, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Good knowledge of producing, reviewing, and implementing safe systems of work for task-specific activities.
  • CSCS Card.
