Axiom is seeking a skilled Data Privacy/Data Protection Lawyer to collaborate with diverse clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel on privacy, data-sharing, and compliance with the EU AI Act, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on privacy matters and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Draft and meticulously review commercial agreements, paying particular attention to information law clauses.
  • Develop and provide guidance on data protection-related documentation.
  • Offer counsel on compliance reporting and data tracking requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A strong academic background coupled with relevant experience in the field of data privacy law.
  • Proven experience in in-house legal roles or within law firms supporting corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
