Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, payroll processes, and employee relations to support the organisation's strategic goals.
- Manage and process payroll, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and HMRC regulations.
- Collaborate with employees and management to resolve HR-related issues and provide support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
- Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and HMRC regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPD Level 3 or higher.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HMRC regulations.
- Knowledge of HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
