We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Spinner Medical Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team, working with children and adolescents with mental health issues, and developing and implementing recovery-focused programs. The role will involve working in a variety of settings, including acute, community, and specialized CAMHS services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement recovery-focused programs for children and adolescents with mental health issues
- Work in a variety of settings, including acute, community, and specialized CAMHS services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to quality improvement processes and professional standards
- FRANZCP or equivalent qualifications
- Expertise in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry
- Experience in providing clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and expertise in undertaking individual therapy and family systems interventions
