Job Overview
The Oaks and Woodcroft facility is dedicated to providing exceptional residential support for individuals with primary learning disabilities. Our environment is designed to be welcoming and safe, ensuring that residents can thrive in a community setting.

Role Responsibilities
As a Residential Care Team Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include both personal care and facilitating engaging activities. Therefore, strong communication and organizational skills, along with a high level of energy, are essential.
Previous experience in a supportive role, such as a Support Worker or Care Assistant, will be advantageous.
