About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiology Nursing professional to join our Interventional Radiology team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in accordance with our Trust values, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and specialized environment.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including radiologists, radiographers, and anaesthetists, across all imaging modalities such as Angio, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and Recovery.
  • Develop managerial skills, providing a strong foundation for career progression.
Requirements
  • Registered General nurse (level 1) Degree in Nursing
  • Post registration qualification
  • Teaching Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Radiology nursing course. Critical care or recovery nursing course or equivalent experience
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Willingness to undertake further training applicable to the post
  • Management course or equivalent experience
  • Experience in resource management
