This role is ideal for an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The company prides itself on offering comprehensive training and fostering a welcoming team atmosphere where employees are valued.

The position is office-based and will involve occasional overtime, including weekends, as part of a rotating schedule.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Keeping clients informed with timely updates
  • Resolving issues and providing effective solutions
  • Updating information on specialized software
  • Collaborating with external support teams and manufacturers to meet client needs
  • Providing general assistance as needed


Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • A stable employment history
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word


Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Information:
After completing training, out-of-office hours support will be required on a rotating basis.

Note: Due to the office location, personal transportation is necessary.
