Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve and maintain registration with CQC
  2. Implement, monitor, and review practices and systems to ensure compliance
  3. Maintain effective communication and liaison with staff, service users, and families
  4. Promote company values and culture
  5. Maintain accurate records and notes
  6. Deliver high-quality support to service users
  7. Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional care
  8. Recruit, manage, retain, and train staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or environment
  • Relevant professional qualification or accredited vocational qualification
  • Experience of managing budgets and budget control
  • Understanding of and commitment to providing equal opportunities
  • Knowledge of current health and social care legislation
  • Demonstrable evidence of supporting people in a person-centred way
  • High level of literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills
