Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the site's infrastructure development strategy, ensuring successful delivery by your team.
- Oversee service delivery to various departments on-site, collaborating with technical and operational teams as well as contractors to maintain compliance with standards for buildings, utilities, and equipment.
- Mentor and guide the Site Infrastructure team to achieve technology upgrades across the site, ensuring that key milestones and KPIs are met and projects are completed as planned.

- As the budget holder, collaborate closely with sourcing and technical teams to meet financial objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are a recognized leader with a track record of delivering maintenance-based projects. You are results-oriented and achieve business goals through collaboration and coaching. You will manage mid to large-scale projects, ensuring their successful implementation through a customer service-oriented approach.
Your strong communication skills enable you to engage others in achieving team and individual objectives. You can influence decisions appropriately and challenge ideas constructively to ensure optimal outcomes for the business. In essence, you are a leader of self, people, and projects.
A solid engineering background in manufacturing is essential, along with demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing ongoing site maintenance.
