Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the site's infrastructure development plan and ensuring the delivery of technology upgrades across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the site's infrastructure development plan, working closely with technical and operational colleagues to ensure buildings, utilities, and equipment meet necessary standards.
  • Lead and coach the Site Infrastructure team to achieve technology upgrades, meeting key milestones and KPIs, and completing projects to plan.
  • Work closely with sourcing and technical colleagues to meet financial targets as a budget holder.
  • Develop the talent of the team to drive the department forward, engaging them in the strategic vision and their role in achieving it.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in maintenance-based project delivery, with a strong engineering background in manufacturing.
  • Results-driven and able to meet business objectives through collaborative working and coaching others.
  • Natural effective communicator, able to engage others to work towards team and individual targets.
  • Able to influence and challenge professionally to make the right decisions for the business.
