We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our client's Theatre department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase
- Support, coordinate, and assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department
- Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care
- Lead patient care delivery during specified periods
- Ensure adherence to patient safety policies
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
