We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our client's Theatre department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase
  • Support, coordinate, and assist in the management and organisation of care within the operating department
  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure quality patient care
  • Lead patient care delivery during specified periods
  • Ensure adherence to patient safety policies
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Apply relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

  • Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Advanced Scrub Practitioner or Surgical First Assistant
  • Major Orthopaedic experience
