Estate Agent Senior Negotiator and Valuer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough property valuations for residential properties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up on market appraisals and identify new opportunities for further instructions, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, economic factors, and property values, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Create a culture of cross-selling across branches, fostering a collaborative and successful team environment.
  • Support clients throughout the listing process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Negotiate offers and provide support to colleagues as needed, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to achieve business objectives and drive success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the valuation process, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and loyalty.
  • Upsell additional services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance the client experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Lister, with a strong track record of success and a desire to accelerate your career.
  • A natural drive and tenacity, with the ability to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to work, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work independently and support junior members of the team, providing guidance and mentorship when needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
