Your Role:
As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international operations. You will collaborate closely with a seasoned Director who brings over 18 years of recruitment expertise from both Scotland and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement our international recruitment strategy.
2. Conduct thorough analyses of specific countries, markets, and sectors.
3. Engage in strategic business development and cultivate relationships with targeted clients in selected regions, utilizing both remote communication and occasional travel.
4. Assess and respond to emerging opportunities as they arise.
5. Organize recruitment events and trips for clients visiting the UK.
6. Provide tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.

Due to the nature of international recruitment, you will need to demonstrate flexibility to accommodate the varying requirements of our clients across different time zones.
