Meliá White House Hotel is a stylish hotel located near Regent's Park, within easy reach of Oxford Circus and Regents Street's renowned shopping areas.

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation and maintenance of our property.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing, repairing, and refurbishing designated floors within the hotel, ensuring a high standard of upkeep and functionality.
  • Regular inspections of fire safety equipment and health & safety systems will be a key part of your role, guaranteeing a secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Administrative tasks such as documenting daily activities will be essential to maintain accurate records.
  • You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer to implement energy-saving initiatives, contributing to our commitment to sustainability.
  • Maintaining detailed records of materials used and communicating any requirements to the Maintenance Office will ensure efficient operations.
  • Promptly responding to guest-related maintenance requests within a 10-minute timeframe is crucial for providing exceptional customer service.
