Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and meeting customer expectations to maintain the safety and security of their properties.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization to provide daily support as needed.
- Cultivate and retain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by VPS.
- Accurately document customer sales, site details, and billing information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
- Maintain precise records of customer accounts and sub-offices for each request.
- Understand and accurately record the scope of work required by customers.
- Manage the administration of quotes, purchase orders, order changes, and completions with precision.
- Provide real-time updates to customers at all necessary stages through various communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to the 'No PO No Work' policy for customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction drivers and the significance of consistently delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
- Proven experience in customer service within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the customer journey.
