Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team as a Client Relationship Manager. About the Job

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve:

  • Developing and implementing customer relationship strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Converting customer queries into sales opportunities and driving revenue growth

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in customer relationship management, experience of telesales, and excellent communication and influencing skills. You will also need to be a natural relationship builder with a collaborative style, able to engage with new prospects easily and assess data to identify trends and potential relationship or customer development opportunities.
