We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Officer to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Manage the AOC and ATO Audit Plan, lead auditor for approvals, and undertake internal audits of sub-contractor organisations.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits, generate audit checklists in Centrik, and support the approval of Providers.
  • Safety Culture: Promote and live the behaviours that show safety at the core of everything we do, and work with the Head of Safety and Compliance to promote aviation safety.

  • Risk Management: Support the process of identification, documenting, and management of hazards through risk assessments and associated actions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years in flight or ground operations, maintenance, or continuing airworthiness management for an aviation-related company.
  • Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication, and understanding of human and organisational factors.
  • Training: Willing to undertake required training to gain competency in safety and compliance tasks.
