Job Summary:The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin, who has a strong understanding of mental health conditions and rehabilitation. They will be responsible for assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients with mental health conditions, administering medication and treatments according to protocols, and providing support and education to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assessing and planning nursing care requirements for patients with mental health conditions

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centered care

- Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
