Your primary focus will be on leading the placement finding process, working closely with social workers and providers to match children with suitable foster families, residential homes, or supported accommodation.
You will be responsible for reviewing profiles, completing record keeping and paperwork, and participating in a duty rota to manage emergency placement searches.
